Floods in my city

I cannot ignore what happened just a couple of days ago in my city Parma. One river called Baganza broke its banks and overflowed and part of the city was underwater. Luckily the river Parma didn't do so damages are limited to few parts of the city, but other cities in the province weren't so lucky. Some of them are still isolated, without light and phone. I hope all will be better soon, and hope for no more rain in those days.
