today I went to Salsomaggiore, a small city in Parma province.
The history of the city begun in the 1839 when the doctor Lorenzo Berzieri tried to use the brackish water as medical use.
Thanks to the dotor Salsomaggiore became one of the most famous thermal city.
The thermal building was built in the 1923 by the archited Ugo Giusti and decorated by Gailieo Chini in pure liberty style.
This year, during the Milano Expo, there are a lot of events in the city and there is a wonderful written made with flowers dedcated to Expo 2015.

Things to visit in Salsomaggiore: Ceramic museum Chini, Nature museum (Regional river park Stirone), Palenteological muesum, thermes and a lot of villages and castle all around
Where to sleep: there are a lot of B&B or hotels near grazzano
Where to eat: there are some restaurants inside Grazzano or you can find a lot of nice place to eat around it.
What to eat: coppa, salame, liquors, oil, salt, pasta
