today I discovered an interesting and unique village called Grazzano Visconti (Piacenza). The project dates back at the end of the 19th century and it was made by Giuseppe Visconti of Modrone (1879-1941). He created an idea of a village where there was only an agricoltural settlement.
Inside the village there is a castel build in 1395 built by marquess Giovanni Anguissola and it remaned propriety of the family until 1884.
Around this village lives a ghost of a lady called Aloisa. She was a wife of a captain who betraied her. She died of jealousy and pain. Now her ghost helps the people in pain with love. People can give to her statue something personal, but remember that money or jewles you cannot buy love. Villagers say that her favourite flower is rose.
To walk around the village, withou car, is strange, but during spring and summer is relaxing, especially if you stop in one of the bar in the main square and you drink a tea or coffe.
With love
Sigyn
